Description The apartments are found in the 800 historical buildings. They have been restructured completions even if they mirror the Venetian style in the colors of the cloths used for the curtains, the walls, the bedspreads and in the furniture always in wood that the environment makes very elegant. The kitchen is completely equipped and it has oven microwaves, tv, conditioned air and safe they are present in all of our lodgings.
Therefore our apartments have been realized thinking about the necessities of the clients with all the necessary comforts and the elegance of the particular ones.

NotesWe furnish laundry and towels, final cleaning, light, gas, water they are inclusive in the amount of the stay. To your arrival in Venice you will be welcomed by our staff that will accompany you to your apartment. The cost of this obligatory service is not included in the price of the stay and it is of 35,00 Euro . The apartment will be free from the 2.00 pm of the day in which arrivals, will be required you, once checked the good operation of the appliances and the state of the furniture, an amount equal to 200,00 Eu as I deposit cautionary that will be returned you with the check out.
