Description The apartment, then not very spacious, is anyway comfortable for 3 persons. Is composed by one double bedroom, one full bath with half tub-shower, one single bedroom, and kitchen area. The kitchen area is very well equipped, with coffee machine, toast machine, washer, tv. There is central heating. Facilities: Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Washer, TV, Radio, Iron, Ironing Board.

NotesFrom Piazzale Roma or Train station, vaporetto line 82 : stop Rialto. The apartment is located in one of the most central and lively street of Venice, close campo San Bartolomeo. This area allows you to share the citizens real life. The campo faces Rialto's bridge and is in the crossway between the sestieri of San Marco, Santa Croce and Cannaregio. The area is full of shops, museums restaurants and all the entertainments that Venice can offer.

Reservation PolicyOn the confirmation of the reservation La Dolce Vita Rentals asks the payment in advance of the 25% of the price for the apartment , while the payment in full shall be done at the arrival day. For booking with instant confirmation, DVR never charges your credit card for your reservations. Any balance is to be settled at the arrival using cash, traveler's checks . Credit card details are sent directly to the owners in order to guarantee your booking and are charged only in case of late cancellation.
Prices required are expressed in Euro.
Our prices include electricity, hot and cold water, heating, gas, household linen and the assistance of our staff during check-in .
The apartment is delivered at 15.00 o’clock of the arrival day and must be cleared within 11.30 o’clock of the last day of Your stay.
To make Your arrival simpler, we beg You to tell us (by phone, fax or e-mail) Your means of transport, as well as the number of Your flight, train or if You arrive in Venice by car. In this way we could suggest You the means of transport to take to reach the apartment. We beg you to be precise about the time of your arrival. Usually we are waiting for you, and we perform check in from 15.00 pM to 19.30 PM. Arrivals after 20.00 will be charged of 25 euro more

Cancellation PolicyCANCELLATION ON BEHALF OF THE GUEST
The cancellation of the reservation on behalf of the guest gives to DVR the right to request the following percentages on the total cost of the apartment :
from 40 days to arrival : 25%
no repayment in case of interruption of the set out stay.


CANCELLATION ON BEHALF OF DVR
In the eventuality in which it would become a necessity to propose an apartment different from the settled one, or in the case of the cancellation of a before confirmed reservation, La DVR will try to keep immediately in touch with You and to find an accommodation with features very similar to the ones requested.
If this shouldn’t be possible or if You disagree with this alternative, the contract will be dissolved and the advance together with the total cost of the apartment will be paid back to You. Nothing else must be expected by DVR.
