Description The apartment is completely restored , but still offers guests the intimate and very particular atmosphere of the Venice of the past. With enchanting views over the Rio di Ca' Dolce, and the two double rooms with canal views, all have period furniture and provide our clients with a refined and pleasant environment and all the latest modern comforts. It can accommodate 6 people having two double bedroom and a double soufa bed in the livingroom. private bathroom with shower, kitchen completely equipped, table and chairs. NotesThe apartment is in a quiet corner of the Cannaregio district, where the atmosphere of old Venice has been preserved, off the tourist track and full of old restaurants and taverns. Yet all the sights are within easy walking distance: it is five minutes to the Rialto Bridge and ten minutes to St Mark’s Square.

Reservation PolicyAs soon as the holiday-maker receives the written confirmation of his booking, he must pay a deposit of 25% through the systems of payment proposed: credit card, bank transfer.
For this last system of payment you must be sends fax (to the number 0039 0422-822435) of the copy of the happened payment within 72 hours from the date of the booking, nothing receiving we would proceed to the railing of the booking.
The payment of the part remainder of the amount has to happen during the arrival, cash, directly to the representative or to the same owner that will welcome the holiday-market to accompany them to the reserved lodging.
Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the property, the arrival/departure must take place as follows: arrival: between 2.00 p.m. and 12.00 p.m. Departure: between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. Each change to the arrival date and arrival time must be communicated to the representative or to the owner or sending a communication by mail to the Bianco Holidays.
In case of unavoidable delay on the day of arrival, the holiday-maker must call to the representative or to the owner.
In the event that the owner or his representative are not available and it is not possible to advise the owner or his representative of a late arrival, in the event that the late arrival was not previously advised of or in the event that the owner cannot accept a late arrival, the holiday-maker alone is responsible for the cost of the overnight stay in a hotel. The owner or his representative who are then obliged to make an unplanned displacement to the property are entitled to claim from the holiday-maker the reimbursement of their expenses.

The excort service is included in the price of the the booking and it has validity up to the 8.30 p.m. After such time and up to the 12.00 p.m will be a supplement of 20,00 Eu. on the price of the stay.

When the keys are handed over to the holiday-maker, the security deposit, as stipulated in the Bianco Holidays confirmation, in cash and in EURO to the owner or his representative. Such amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the rental price. THE OWNER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE CAN REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT HANDED OVER. Should the holiday-maker decide to leave the property prematurely the owner or his representative is authorised to refund the deposit to the holiday-maker by post (less any deductions for damages or any additional expenses) and only after having checked the inventory and the property in question. Bianco Holidays declines all responsibility in the event of a dispute between the holiday-maker and the owner regarding the deposit.
Cancellation PolicyIn the event of the cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid: 15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made at least 75 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 74 and 50 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 50 and 20 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 19 and 1 day before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made the day of arrival or in the case of no show / IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER EXTRA CHARGES.
